Refunds
Seven days to change your mind, with nothing to justify.
The rule
Ask within seven days of buying and the money goes back. We do not ask why and we do not ask you to prove anything.
Before that, try it
There are seven days of the whole app before any payment, with no card and no account. The best way not to need a refund is to use the trial first.
How to ask
Write to suporte@oprimo.dev from the address you bought with, or quote the order number. One sentence is enough.
How long it takes
The refund is issued by Lemon Squeezy, back to the payment method you used. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card, and usually lands somewhere between a few days and two statements.
What happens to the licence
The key is deactivated along with the refund and the app returns to trial state. Your environments and settings stay on your Mac.
After the seven days
Outside the window there is no automatic refund, but if something genuinely went wrong, write anyway. We would rather fix it than win the argument.
