How to move PrimoDock from one Mac to another, and what to do when the old Mac is already gone.
What the licence covers
- Two Macs at a time, on the same key.
- One year of updates from the date of purchase.
- The version you have works forever, even after that.
Changing Macs with the old one in front of you
On the old Mac, open PrimoDock Settings, go to Licence and release that Mac. The seat frees immediately and the new Mac activates normally.
The old Mac is sold, lost or wiped
Write to suporte@oprimo.dev with your licence key. We free the seat from our side and answer within the same working day.
A Mac that comes back after a wipe is recognised and reclaims its own seat, so that does not cost you a second one.
I lost the key
It is in the purchase email. If that is gone, write to suporte@oprimo.dev from the address you bought with and we send it again.
An automatic page is on the way
For now, freeing a seat without the Mac in hand goes through email, and it is a person answering. The page that does it by itself is being built.
