Who we are

PrimoDock is built and sold by oprimo.dev. For anything at all, including what is on this page, the address is suporte@oprimo.dev.

What you are buying

A licence to use PrimoDock, a macOS application we distribute directly. It is not a subscription and not a service: you pay once and you use it.

How the licence itself works is set out in the end user licence agreement, which has a page of its own.

The trial

Before any payment you get seven days of the whole app. We do not ask for a card, an account or an email, and the counting happens inside your Mac.

Purchase, payment and receipt

The sale is processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record. They charge, they collect any applicable taxes and they issue the receipt, which reaches your email right after the purchase.

The price is on the page before you click anything. We may change prices in future, and a change never affects a purchase already made.

Changing your mind

You have seven days to ask for your money back, with no justification. The details are on the refund page, and they do not replace the rights Brazilian consumer law already gives you.

Changes to the product

PrimoDock keeps being developed, and features may be added, changed or dropped in new versions. The version you already have keeps working as it is, even if you never update.

Limits

The app is provided as is. We do what we can to make it work well, but we do not promise it fits a particular purpose or that it will never fail.

Nothing here removes the statutory guarantees under Brazilian consumer law, which apply regardless.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law, with venue at the consumer domicile, as Brazilian consumer law requires.
