Questions
What people ask before buying
Does Apple's Dock disappear for good?
No. While PrimoDock runs, the native Dock stays hidden; when you quit, it comes back exactly as it was. There is a restore button in Settings if anything goes sideways.
I changed Macs. What about my licence?
A licence covers 2 Macs at a time. Free one from the app on the old Mac, or from the licence page if that Mac is already gone, then activate the new one.
Do I have to grant Accessibility permission?
Not for the basics. Window previews ask for Screen Recording, and the Calendar, Reminders and Music widgets ask for their own access, and only when you use them.
Does it run on Intel?
It does. macOS 14 Sonoma or newer, Apple Silicon or Intel.
What happens when the year of updates ends?
Nothing. The app keeps working forever on whatever version you have. If you want the new ones after that, it is a cheap renewal, never a subscription.
Is it on the App Store?
It cannot be. The App Store sandbox forbids what PrimoDock needs in order to draw its own Dock. So it is sold directly, with automatic updates inside the app.
What if I do not like it?
Seven days of trial before paying, with no card and no account, and seven days of refund after, no justification needed.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, the receipt arrives by email right after the purchase.
