End user licence agreement
What you may do with PrimoDock after buying, and what stays ours.
The licence
Buying gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use PrimoDock on two Macs at a time.
The licence does not expire. What expires, a year after purchase, is the right to new versions.
Using it at work
Running the app on your work computer is covered. What needs a licence per person is handing the app around a team, and the group buy exists for exactly that.
What is not allowed
- Reselling, renting, lending or redistributing the app or the key.
- Publishing the key or sharing it beyond the two Macs of the licence.
- Working around, removing or altering activation and licence checking.
- Reverse engineering beyond what Brazilian law expressly permits.
What stays ours
The code, the design, the icons, the name and the brand remain the property of oprimo.dev. Buying gives you the right to use the app, not ownership of it.
Ending the licence
You can stop whenever you like: uninstall it. We only end a licence on a clear breach of the rules above, and even then after trying to talk to you first.
Warranty and liability
The app is provided as is. Beyond the statutory guarantees, which apply in full, we give no others.
As far as the law allows, our liability for any loss connected to the app is limited to what you paid for it.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by Brazilian law, and nothing in it reduces the rights Brazilian consumer law gives you.
